Conchita Sales-Pascasio

It was truly a Surprise Party for Conching Pascasio on April 5th when her children Eric (Brea,CA), John(Chula Vista), and Marybeth (Hawaii) and their families invited all
those close to her. People close to Conching or those whose lives she may have touched spans
the globe... yes, literally!
This venerable and generous lady opened her home to everyone who may have just immigrated to the country or maybe
just visiting. Relatives and friends from far and wide ...like Europe, Australia, Canada, Philippines, as well
as those traveling from across the country (from Florida to Chicago) find their way to her home whenever they
visit San Diego. They gravitate towards her superb cooking and inestimable knowledge of San Antonio familial
relations, not to mention her warm hospitality.
As one of the original founders of the San Antonians of San Diego, Conching has always served the association
with impressive commitment and diligence. With her culinary and budgeting skills, the association is lucky to
have her. She is currently serving as member of the Board of Directors.
